If, for any reason, we are unable to supply your prize then a cash bonus will be added to your RedKings account of 80% of the prize value.

The ranking of the tournaments as set by RedKings is final. No negotiation will be entered into as to tournament placing, timeouts, disconnections or individual hand results within the tournaments.

If a tournament fails to run then your buy-in amount will be refunded. We do not guarantee that a replacement tournament will be set up.
